Lost memories
Amongst cool green elms
I spend my summer's eve
Aimlessly sifting memories
To find ones to retrieve
Seems most have vanished
For lack of hardy frill
Yearning for the pleasantries
To bring back my lost will
Nights turn to morn
But still no relief
Mind's going dorment
Tormented by this grief
Puzzled in this focus
To sort this simple need
Give my soul the strength
To help me plant this seed
Ponder now the reasons
For such a helpless chore
Grasping just a single thought
Shall help my heart restore
