The Crest
Never have I felt such hope
Than journeying now,up mountians slope
Such beauty amongst the buding trees
No time before, was blessed to see
Each step I take along the trail
More confident now,I shall not fail
Sweet singing birds,fill my ears
And calm me for my future fears
With crest in sight,I must push on
Till pain of memories, are all but gone
I invision the top,where I will stand
To welcome the challenge of uncharted land
Once life slows to quiet roar
Can sit in peace, with open door
Enlightened forever to ponder my gain
And welcome all, who's felt my pain
